Returns must be made within 5 days after your receive your purchase. Please call us (248.449.5176) and we will give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. That number should be included with the unopened merchandise along with the original receipt/packing slip, in original packaging, with any free gifts or promotions included. No returns are accepted on opened product. The sender must pay all shipping charges. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order, less original shipping charge.
Please make sure items are well protected and packed well. If possible use the same packaging that was used when we shipped to you. We can only issue a refund after receiving the item in resalable condition.
Sale items are Final Sale--sorry, no returns.
